Internet more widely used in the world. Internet terms such as Chat, Browse, Download often we hear and read in the media. Similarly, services such as Google, Facebook, and YouTube too busy discussed. So, what and how the Internet actually is?
What is the Internet?
In schools and offices, we are accustomed to seeing a number of computers connected to each other. These computers can open the same data but different locations. Computers that are connected together is called the Network Computer.
The data are sent and displayed each computer are stored in a master computer in a computer network. This main computer is called a server.
So, what is the Internet? The Internet is a computer network with the world scale. If the office computer network, connected computers only in the scope of the office, as for the Internet connects computers around the world. Of course, many things that can be done if a computer is connected to the Internet.
On the Internet there are also servers whose numbers are legion. Servers on the Internet is accessed by Internet users. As an illustration, if we open the Google site, it means that our computers are connected to Google’s servers. Likewise, if we are accessing Facebook, then our computers are connected to the Facebook server.
